Amazingly, the Cola Red® ‘Classic’ casual dining range of furniture is made by one of the ‘original’ manufacturers of the 1950’s. Our Canadian factory has been following the same templates of the 50’s furniture but now with 21st century finishes. Still partly hand-made by skilled craftsmen, these retro-style chairs, stools and tables have definitely stood the test of time.

What if I am not sure whether the colour I choose is the right one?

Cola Red® have tried to give you as detailed an opportunity as possible on-line to see what you are buying. Please note that any colours shown on this website are to be considered an approximation and may vary slightly due to individual computer screen colours and computer screen resolutions. Please, therefore ensure that you check your colour choices carefully before ordering and contact our advisors for further queries on colour reproduction at enquiries@cola-red.com. How safe is it to give my credit card details on-line?

Cola Red® uses a third party payment processor (PayPal) for all credit and debit card transactions, so we don’t have access to your personal/company details from an on-line payment. All transactions require the card billing address to be entered, along with a contact telephone number.

How do I order?

Ordering your New Products from Cola Red® couldn’t be easier.

Option 1 Paying by Credit/Debit Card

Make your selection on-line and use our secure ordering system.

Cola Red® accept on-line payment via PayPal where most major credit/debit cards are accepted. We also accept all credit and debit cards carrying the MasterCard or Visa logos.

All payments will be subject to validation checks and correct authorisations. If the issuer of your payment refuses to authorise payment to PayPal, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Check your order before continuing.

Enter your details onto the screen and when prompted select the payment by credit card option

Enter your credit card details into Paypal’s secure server.

Return to Cola Red® website by clicking the link

You will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order is being processed.

The order will be dispatched as soon as it is available (Click Delivery Charges and Shipping for further information).

A second email confirmation will be sent after the cheque has cleared (normally 5-7 working days after receipt). For your own protection, never send cash through the post

How will I know that my order has been received?

After you have placed an order online or directly with our Sales Team, we will send you an order confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of ordering please email our customer service at customerservices@cola-red.com or telephone us on our admin no. +44 (0)1753 88 9000 during our office hours

What if I have made a mistake with my order?

You can amend your order within 24 hours of the order being placed. Email your amendment marked ‘URGENT AMENDMENT’ to the Customer Services team at customerservices@cola-red.com . Please ensure you list your name, address, products ordered, contact telephone numbers and order number on the email.

How do I find out about delivery charges and shipping times before ordering?

The prices of our products on this website include VAT or sales taxes but do not include delivery charges. Delivery charges and approximate stock availability times are available on links within each Individual Product Page. More detailed information about how delivery charges are calculated will be found in our Terms and Conditions page.

When will you despatch my order?

Cola Red do hold some stock which can be dispatched within 7 working days for small items and within 2-3 weeks for furniture. Collections can be organised by request. Non-Stock furniture items have a delivery time of approximately 10-12 weeks although your specific items may be delivered earlier. Check individual small items for dispatch times. Furniture items not held in stock may be made to order for your requirements. 

Can anyone sign for our purchase when it arrives?

All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.

What if I want to cancel my order or have a refund?

What if something arrives damaged?

Goods rarely arrive damaged but speedy action helps all parties sort the problem out without delay. Please check all items on receipt in the presence of the delivery team, as you will be asked to sign for them as being received in good condition. If the packaging looks damaged do not sign for the goods without checking the product. If the product is damaged you must REFUSE delivery and mark the docket DAMAGED. Do I have a guarantee on any of the products I buy from Cola Red®?

All retro furniture, dinettes, tables, chairs and stools purchased from Cola Red® are provided with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects, when installed and utilised for their proper and intended use. Please see our Terms and Conditions under Warranties for more details.

How do I prevent scratches on my table laminate surface?

Our laminate surfacing materials are resistant to scratches and impacts under normal use conditions. Use cutting boards, chopping blocks, or other protective surfaces. Do not chop, slice, pound, or hammer on any laminate surface Knives or other sharp utensils may slice or scratch the surface. Heavy blows from a hammer or meat tenderiser may crack or gouge the surface. Use place mats, and trivets on laminate surfaces when necessary. Ceramics and abrasive objects can cause scratching and premature wear – do not slide these items across surfaces. Follow recommendations for cleaning – do not use abrasive cleaners, steel wool, sandpaper, or Scotch-Brite scouring pads (see ‘how do I clean my new tabletop?’ section)

Can I put hot objects on my table surface?

Cookware still hot from the stove, oven or microwave, as well as electric skillets, waffle irons, curling irons and hot rolers, should not be placed directly on laminate surfaces. Prolonged exposure to temperatures of 140 degrees farenheight (60 degrees centigrade) or higher may cause the laminate to separate from the core material. Use a trivet, insulated hot pad or other protective device beneath all hot cookware, heat generating appliances, or other heated objects. Our laminate can withstand heat up 275 degrees farenheight (135 degrees centigrade) for short periods of time. Never expose laminates to heat exceeding 140 degrees farenheight (60 degrees centigrade) Avoid ironing or placing a hot iron on laminate surfaces. Do not place lighted cigarettes directly on laminate surfaces.

How do I clean my new tabletop?

Our laminates are very easy to clean. In most cases, you only need to use a clean, damp, non-abrasive cotton cloth and a mild liquid detergent household cleaner. Rinse with clean water, using a clean, non-abrasive cotton cloth. Do not flood the laminate, especially near seams, since water can penetrate and cause the substrate to swell. Dry the surface with a soft, clean, non-abrasive cotton cloth For specific types of surfaces, use the following care guidelines. Matte Finish Laminates. Especially hard-to-clean areas may require special attention. Use a nylon-bristled hand or vegetable brush, along with a mild liquid detergent-and-water solution or household cleaner. Clean the soiled area, using a rotating motion. Rinse and dry the surface as indicated above. High Gloss Finish Laminates. If residual streaks and smears remain after normal cleaning, use a mild glass cleaner and then dry with a clean, non-abrasive cotton cloth. Avoid exterior glass cleaner.
